Sponsor Information

Sponsor Directions at The Shops at Wiregrass

·         Sponsor tents and supplies can be dropped off at sidewalk by large circled C noted as Artist Check-in on map.

·         All sponsors to park in section E.

·         All sponsors will be located in the center area of the event close to the front of Macy’s and the E entertainment tent. Sponsor locations will be marked and on signs up as you come in. If you are having trouble finding your spot, go to the i (information and volunteer check-in) on Paseo Drive. Ask for Pam Marron or assistant, 727-534-3445.  

·         Sponsor setup is from 7am-9:15am Saturday, Jan. 23^rd.

·         Sponsors are expected to stay at their spots from 10am-7pm on Saturday and 11am-4pm on Sunday.

·         You may need lights on Saturday evening. Electric will be available. However, you must bring your own cords and lights. Paseo Drive will be lit.
